Supplier Development is a turn-key operation achieved via gap audit analysis and proper formulation of the subsequent corrective actions, preventive actions, and continual improvement activities. In order to assure product integrity, these activities are used to assess the supplier's strengths and weaknesses and provide a mechanism to correct and prevent recurring problems. 2AM Group will assess your supplier's ability to provide an uninterrupted flow of quality parts on time. We will also evaluate your supplier's quality system based on your customer's requirements, an international standard, or your own objectives to ensure there is an environment conducive to problem identification and resolution. We will schedule assessments to evaluate input from your quality and purchasing teams, send you daily reports of our findings, as well as take care of our own travel arrangements.
